Project Summary

The North Property Building Committee (NPBC) of Trinity Lutheran Church has been working on a plan for the redevelopment of the North Property for several years. The NPBC has consulted with OZ Architecture on the preliminary architectural design, Boulder Housing Partners on preliminary financial planning, and conducted interviews with the congregation, facilities planners, developers, general contractors, project managers, and legal counsel. Trinity Commons, the result of this multi-year effort, consists of the following:

  • 13 permanently affordable 1 bedroom housing units to be retained by Trinity Lutheran Church;
  • A 3,900 sqft church function hall for weddings, meetings, service organization meetings, etc.;
  • Increase of 30 church parking spaces from 75 to 105 with an additional 31 spaces (as required by city permit) for a total of 136 parking spaces ; and
  • 13 unrestricted, for sale, 2-bedroom condominium apartments.

Each unit will have assigned parking; other parking spaces would be available for lease during the week and available to the congregation on Sundays.
